Take Heart Farm is a small family farm located in sunny Southern California, in an area called Sage. The cottonwood trees and oaks flourish in the quiet we enjoy away from the city. We keep things small on our 9 acres, so that our animals get individual attention and love. We breed and raise registered Nigerian Dwarf Dairy goats, Tennessee Fainting goats and we have some fiber animals for our spinning. Goat kids are available for sale in the Spring and Fall, and we occasionally have adult breeding stock for sale. These breeds are small, easy to handle, and provide our family with milk, fiber to spin, and enjoyment in life. Windy Hills Farms
Windy Hills Farm is a small family farm nestled on 5 secluded acres in the beautiful valley between Temecula and Hemet just outside of wine country. Our farm is surrounded by breathtaking mountain views with a fresh westerly wind. Our 2500 ft elevation allows us to enjoy more traditional seasons. In our private paradise we raise kinder goats for breeding stock, Rhode Island Red chickens for eggs, and breed ABCA and AKC Border Collies and German Shepherds. We grow a variety of produce naturally and offer farm fresh eggs. Delivery of eggs and produce in limited area. We currently have stud services available from our 2 male Border Collies. Angela
Machado Farms We are a small family farm concerned with plant breeding and the nutritional aspect of the produce we grow and sell. We breed vegetables for heat and drought tolerance, including lettuce, broccoli, potatoes, garlic, spinach, kale and various others. We resell this seed to other farmers and gardeners. We create value added goods such as our famous Scartar, an herbal salve, and SaladFlakes, our dehydrated salad. We also grow and sell for the Riverside Farmers Market, Friday morning in the Sears Parking lot. It is the oldest market in the state of California.
